Purchase & Shipping Terms
Please read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to understand your rights when purchasing items from My Siesta website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms, forming a binding agreement between you and My Siesta Pty Ltd ABN 31673801299. Referred to as we, us, our, or My Siesta.
Security
We ensure a safe online shopping experience by not storing your credit card details.
Purchases
Ensure all details provided at the time of purchase are complete and accurate. We may request additional information to confirm your order.
Provide the correct delivery address and instructions when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, My Siesta is not responsible for re-sending the order at our expense. If you realize there is an error after placing your order, please reach us at chat@getmysiesta.com, and will try to update your details before dispatch.
Purchase Price
All prices on the website are in AUD and exclude GST. The actual charge will depend on international currency conversion rates applied by our bank. We reserve the right to change prices on the website without notice.
Our prices do not include insurance or costs for additional delivery attempts.
Payment
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay and UnionPay. After payment, you will receive a transaction confirmation email.
If we do not receive cleared funds within 48 hours, we will contact you at the provided email address.
Processing of Orders
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the next business day. Allow 24-48 hours for dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm are usually sent the same business day. Email us for urgent dispatch requests.
Pick Up
You can pick up your order from our warehouse in Clayton, VIC 3168. Reach us at chat@getmysiesta.com to arrange a time. Paid postage will be refunded upon collection.

Delivery times vary by postcode and we cannot guarantee delivery times but aim for:
Australia:
Standard shipping

Express shipping
| 1-2 business days
Remote regions shipping
| 3-8 business days
International
| 7-15 business days (Subject to customs clearance)

Safe Drop
All Australian orders are safe dropped. Email us to require a signature for delivery. International deliveries must be signed for.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and Aramex within Australia.
Internationally we use Australia Post Registered Mail, Pack and Track.
You are responsible for all taxes and custom charges.
Cancellation of Orders
We may cancel orders if we cannot supply the items. You will be informed by email you provided. My Siesta is not entitled to additional compensation.
If you cancel before shipping, a credit note will be issued, and postage refunded.
Promotional Offers
Ensure discount codes are applied at checkout. Refunds are not given for missed codes.
Gift Card/Credit Note Policy
Refunds for faulty items purchased with gift cards/credit notes will be re-issued as a credit note. Refunds include extra expenses like postage.
Consent
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive further communications from us about My Siesta, including promotions and offers. You may unsubscribe anytime.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
