How much flow can it hold?
It depends on the absorbency level:
• Light: 3-4 Tampons | Light flow or daily discharge | Like a pantyliner – barely there
• Moderate: 4-5 Tampons | Light to medium flow | Your go-to pair for work & errands
• Moderate Heavy: 5-6 Tampons | Unpredictable or heavier days | Extra security without bulk
• Heavy: 6-7 Tampons | Heavy flow days | Protection you can trust
• Super Heavy: 7-8 Tampons | Overnight, postpartum, very heavy flow | Like a safety net for your sheets and your peace of mind
How many pairs do I really need?
We recommend starting with 3-5 pairs for your cycle (so you can rotate while washing) plus 1-2 overnight pairs if you have heavy flow days/nights.
Want to go all-in? 8-9 pairs will cover your entire cycle comfortably and beyond (Many of our customers love their My Siesta undies so much, they’ve become part of their regular underwear rotation - perfect for everyday comfort).
